BETTER LATE THAN NEVER. 😂🏡✨

This pretty property closed LAST WEEK and I’m just now realizing I never shared the news.

Some deals are easy. Some have hiccups, and some have you fighting for your life to get to that closing table. And honestly, I enjoy each one!

This one was especially meaningful. ❤️

This home had an accepted offer within 24 hours of going live, and for good reason. The sellers built this home, raised their family here, made years of memories, and now they’ve passed it on to another family who gets to love it all the same.

There’s something really special about being trusted to help a family sell a home that holds so much history and meaning. Getting to help them close that chapter and hand the keys to the family writing the next one is one of my absolute favorite parts of real estate.

Raeco Realty is looking for a Front Desk Administrator for our Lafayette office.

This is the person who keeps the details straight. Listings entered right the first time. Earnest money logged and filed correctly. Files complete before anyone has to go looking. A phone answered and door greeted by a friendly face.

This is a fast paced desk. Agents need answers now, files have deadlines, and the phone rings while you are in the middle of something else. The good news: you do not need a real estate license, and you do not need brokerage experience. We will train the right person. What we cannot train is attention to detail and a good attitude, so that is what we are hiring for.

The basics: Monday through Friday | 9 to 4 | 30 hours a week | $18 to $20 per hour depending on experience | 10 days of paid time off | paid holiday closures
