I looked back at properties I listed and sold over the past year and in some cases the Zestimate was $40,000 lower than the true market value of the home!!!

Has this computer generated value even seen your home? When I value a home I take into account:
- condition
- supply/demand trends
- past sales
- competing properties for sale
- where is the market headed - up or down
- experience - understanding what makes homes marketable
