With more than 30 years of real estate experience, Holly brings knowledge, heart, and a unique global perspective to every client she serves. Raised as an Army brat, Holly spent her childhood living around the world—from the Middle East and Europe to London, England—before settling in various parts of the United States. Those early travels shaped her understanding that “home” means something different to everyone, and that belief is at the core of her work.

Holly has called Kentucky home for the past 35 years, where she lives with her husband, a proud Kentucky-born farmer. Family is central to her life. She is the mom of two adult children, a joyful grandmother to a spirited 5-year-old grandson, and the devoted human to her beloved blind cat, Tom, who has earned legendary status in her household.

When she’s not helping clients buy or sell a home, Holly enjoys tending her garden, fishing, and spending time with family and friends. Clients appreciate her calm presence, steady guidance, and genuine care—qualities that make the real estate process feel less stressful and more personal.
