Take a look at how Brooklyn has changed over the years. What was once filled with large single-family homes has gradually transformed into two-family homes, and now we’re seeing more condos than ever before.

Why?

As property values have skyrocketed, developers and homeowners have looked for ways to maximize land and create more housing. The result is a completely different Brooklyn than many people remember.

This shift has created more opportunities for buyers, investors, and homeowners—but it’s also changed the character of many neighborhoods.

I sold my client this house a few years back. Since then it has appreciated almost $300K in value ‼️

Even though this house was sold renovated my client wanted to put his own touch on it. From awnings to pavers, plumbing and electric upgrades I been there to give him my advice, opinions and contractor recommendations.

⚠️ Market Update‼️

The average home prices are slightly lower than 6 months ago. Houses are staying on the market alittle longer. I’m noticing some markets with high demand it’s still a sellers market and other areas with lower demand it’s more of a buyers market.

What does this mean❓

✅ Buyers: If you are looking in a high demand area be prepared to compete. You need to stand out over the other offers. If you are looking in an area with lower demand pay attention to the comps and days on market. There’s a lot of sellers looking to make deals.

Sellers: Don’t try to over price your house. Price to get attention and also to sell
