The average home prices are slightly lower than 6 months ago. Houses are staying on the market alittle longer. I’m noticing some markets with high demand it’s still a sellers market and other areas with lower demand it’s more of a buyers market.

What does this mean❓

✅ Buyers: If you are looking in a high demand area be prepared to compete. You need to stand out over the other offers. If you are looking in an area with lower demand pay attention to the comps and days on market. There’s a lot of sellers looking to make deals.

Sellers: Don’t try to over price your house. Price to get attention and also to sell

My clients house that is being built is UP! Foundation, exterior framing, insulation, soffits, gutters, siding, board and batten siding in the front, windows, doors, etc. The interior of the house is also all framed out with roughing for pluming!
