Hey, I’m a little late but August was a great month for selling homes. Today, I bring to you August’s recap of the real estate market. Nashville is a seller’s market right now so, that means prices tend to be higher and homes sell faster.

🏠Homes in Nashville have sold for 20.4% more than they did a year ago.
🏠If you’re buying a home in Nashville, you may be able to get a great deal as homes are 43.3% below asking prices than they were last month. THATS ALMOST HALF!!
