Over the last 90 days, there have been 54 homes on the market, usually priced around $379,900. Homes here are sitting about two months before they find new owners. Also, keep in mind that about 40% of sellers are ready to lower their prices, which is a great chance to snag a deal!

Cost Tip: Look for homes around $208 per square foot as you compare what’s out there. If you spot a home being relisted (about 7% of them), that might be your opportunity to negotiate a bit more!

Sevierville’s annual Bloomin’ BBQ Music & Food Festival means select downtown streets are closed from May 14–17, especially around key events on the 15th and 16th. 🚧 While this shakes up traffic, it also transforms the heart of downtown into a walkable hub where you can explore local shops, try new restaurants, and catch festival fun at every turn.

Lonestar will be performing Saturday at 8:30-10pm you don't want to miss it or the other fantastic groups performing ahead of them!
