One of the first questions I get from people relocating here is:
“What neighborhood should we be looking in?”

And the honest answer is… it depends on how you want to live.

Franklin has so many incredible pockets and they all have a different feel.

Here are seven neighborhoods I’d have on my radar at various price points:

🚲 Westhaven – Walkable, social, and community-driven
💰 Price Range: 1.15M–6M
• Walk (or golf cart) to restaurants, coffee, and neighborhood events
• Williamson County’s top-selling community

🎣 Ladd Park – Great amenities in a convenient location
💰 Price Range: 770K–1.9M
• Parks, playgrounds, pools, and miles of walking trails
• Easy access to I-65 and minutes to Berry Farms and downtown Franklin

🐴 Leiper’s Fork – Acreage, horses, and a slower pace of life
💰 Price Range: 575K–20M+
• Historic village with art galleries, live music, and local shops
• Rolling hills and some of the prettiest land in Middle Tennessee

🌳 Wyelea – A luxury nature retreat
💰 Price Range: Lots starting at 1.5M (not including home)
• Homesites up to 10 acres along the West Harpeth River
• River views, equestrian trails, and resort-style amenities

🏡 Fieldstone Farms – Classic Franklin neighborhood
💰 Price Range: 455K–1.5M
• Mature trees and larger lots
• Strong sense of community

⛳️ The Grove (College Grove) – Luxury country club living
💰 Price Range: 1.8M–8M+
• Private gated community centered around a championship golf course
• Amenities include a clubhouse, spa, and fitness center

🫜 The Mill at Bond Springs (Thompson’s Station) – Acre lots but still have neighbors
💰 Price Range: 1.7M–2.5M+
• One-acre and larger homesites with a wide-open feel
• Only 55 homes total, boutique and tucked away

The truth is, the right neighborhood makes all the difference when you’re moving here.

Sometimes you just need someone who knows Franklin well enough to help you find the right fit.

I’ve lived here for almost 8 years and I still remember how much I didn’t know before I moved here from Arizona. Here’s what I wish someone had told me first.

🏡 The neighborhoods are NOT all the same. Knowing which one matches your lifestyle matters more than people realize.

📍 “Franklin” covers a LOT of ground. Be sure to map your daily commutes before falling in love with an address.

🏫 Williamson County schools are incredible but not every home feeds into the same schools. Always verify zoning.

🚗 Traffic on 96 and Cool Springs is no joke. Where you live relative to where you work or drive on a regular basis will affect your daily life more than you think.

🤍 Community is everything here.
If you’re relocating from a big city, this might be the biggest (best) culture shock of all.

💰 Move fast or miss it. Good homes in great neighborhoods move quickly.

🌪️ The weather will keep you on your toes. Tornado warnings are real here but don’t let that scare you off. You get plenty of notice, there’s always a plan, and most locals will tell you it’s far less terrifying than they expected. will be your bff.

🐛 The bugs take some getting used to. Coming from Arizona, this one hit me personally. Just know it’s part of the charm of living somewhere so green and lush.

✝️ Faith is woven into everyday life here. Whether you’re religious or just someone who appreciates a values-based community, you’ll feel it everywhere. It’s one of the things that makes Franklin feel different (in the best way) from anywhere I’ve ever lived.

📦 Give yourself grace during the transition. Even if you’re moving from somewhere amazing, there’s a settle-in period.

I spent a morning at House of Hudson Day Spa and left feeling like a brand new woman 💆🏻‍♀️

From the second you walk in, it smells amazing, they have the most relaxing vibe, and every detail is so thoughtfully done.

They offer everything from facials and prenatal massages (called Biscuit in the Oven 🥹) to deep tissue (Deep Fixin’ which is what I got, and it was incredible).

You can also book time in their Recovery Room, which has an infrared sauna and a cold plunge. I didn’t last very long in the plunge 😅 but the sauna was the perfect way to thaw out afterwards.

Take your space to the next level with these elevated design trends in 2023. Think refined elegance, rich fabrics and luxurious looks.

Most of these trends are versatile and can be adapted for any room in the house so get creative and have fun with them!

1. The return of bold color. I’m loving all the wall paper 😍
2. Luxe, warm living. Goodbye gray and white.
3. Natural stone finishes. Incorporate darker colors, patterned designs and mixing/matching materials.
4. Black accents. Great way to add some contrast/drama to a room.
5. Natural materials. Embrace organic materials in earth tones and warm neutrals.

I’m loving the warmth that we are seeing again. Makes homes feel a lot less sterile and more inviting.
