Moving to Franklin, Tennessee is the kind of thing people talk about for years before they do it.

Then they come for one weekend. Coffee at Frothy Monkey on Main Street, a slow morning walking Harlinsdale Farm, a drive back past the horses and rolling farmland on Arno Road, and suddenly they’re talking about it differently on the way home.

That was us.

We came from San Diego in 2022, bought right away, and the only thing I’d change is that we waited as long as we did.

If that’s you, or someone you love, consider this your sign.

You’d be about 25 minutes from downtown Nashville, about 30 minutes from BNA, and close enough to Cool Springs that the commute stops being the thing you plan your life around.
