JUNE 2023 Greater Nashville Market Update | Compared to this time last year, Greater Nashville is showing more available inventory, fewer closings, and more days on market. But how does that compare to last month? May was the strongest month this year for DOM, inventory, and pendings, so June is showing a bit of a downturn from those numbers; however, closings are up!
