Lol, better late than never… When I look back on this past year, I am overwhelmed with the beautiful stories, milestones, and moments that truly mattered 🤍

I had the honor of serving first-time buyers and sellers, clients relocating from out of state, families purchasing land for multi-generational living, and clients building dreams from the ground up. I walked alongside families selling homes filled with decades of memories, celebrated first-time investors, cheered on first-time auction wins, welcomed new babies, and supported so many who took brave steps toward something new.

Every story was different, but the trust was the same—and I don’t take that lightly. Thank you to every client and family who allowed me into such an important season of your life. Your stories are why I love what I do.

November was good to us.

I was reminded today that I’m living in the very season I once prayed for - and it stopped me in my tracks. This life is an answer to prayer, and I’m doing my best not to take a moment of it for granted.

The gray days can get to me but it’s so good to remember all of the fun we had & memories we made this past month.

Visiting family in IL was definitely the highlight although narrowly escaping the blizzard by leaving at 3am to get back home reminded me why we moved to Franklin!

Oh and seeing some gorgeous homes around Franklin doesn’t hurt either. Love touring homes with great friend-clients.

And yes, Riggins does own other clothes but that kid is absolutely attached to his red Freedom hoodie, lol. Choosing my battles.
