This one tested everyone.

Middle Tennessee weather hit at the worst possible time. We had power outages for days. Massive trees down. Electrical lines damaged. Showings paused. Momentum stalled. In real estate, interruptions like that matter because buyers move quickly. When the market pauses, attention shifts.
