We’re kicking things off with a classic of some clutter left on closing day in a house our clients bought. Swipe to see what treasures we found and what became our reality over the next several hours! 🎁

Picture this: The home is closed and let’s just say the sellers had a messy situation and only took what they wanted instead of working together to get everything moved out.

We and our buyers arrive at the property and everything seems fine... until we open the doors to the storage room. 🤫 Many treasures and tree collections remained…

Surprise! The sellers decided to leave behind their entire, meticulously kept collection of life-sized Christmas carolers, trees and various holiday decor. Let’s just say... the trunk of our car was full that evening. 😂 🚗

Handling surprises with a professional attitude (and a lot of humor) is what we do as your dedicated real estate team.

While we appreciated the unexpected cheer, rehoming a chorus line of caroler figures was certainly not on our bingo card.

It’s safe to say we became quite well-acquainted with many charity donation centers in the following days!

We’ve seen and handled just about everything – including a silent caroler choir that decided to stay a little longer.
