Leadership isn’t always about having the answers.

Sometimes it’s about sitting in the hard conversations, hearing honest feedback, and being brave enough to make changes that make us better.

This fall, I took my chapter leaders on retreat for time to connect, reflect, and dream bigger for the women we serve.

Between laughter, lake views, and late-night talks, we rolled up our sleeves for a full SWOT analysis of Women Connect.

We asked the hard questions:
What’s working? What’s not? What can we do better?

It wasn’t always easy to hear, but that’s what real leadership looks like…being willing to evolve.

Because when you invite your team to speak truth, you open the door to growth. Thank you ladies for your input at the retreat and all year long!

Eight changes later, we’re already seeing new opportunities unfold.
