Originally from East Texas, I made my way to Leiper’s Fork in 1993, with my husband Kevin and son Kevin Cyle. Texas and Tennessee have a rich history that ties us together, so Middle Tennessee was a perfect fit. nderful community with our son, daughter-in-law, and three grandchildren. Once in Tennessee, I continued what would be 20 years in the field of corporate accounting. Working in the home building industry, accounting began to overlap with construction, and found my calling. Since 1999 I
have worked on projects all over the country and have loved every minute. I have experience in project management, construction management, and development in healthcare, multi and single-family housing, as well as luxury high-rise living. Leaving the corporate world in 2014, I joined my husband full-time at our company TFC Excavation. We have been operating in the Leiper’s Fork and Williamson/Maury County area since 2007. We love helping clients realize their vision for the property they have purchased. Nothing is more satisfying than watching someone’s dream come true! We have been blessed with wonderful clients, many of whom have become close friends. Since becoming a general contractor in 2015, I’ve had the privilege to work as a general contractor and quality control consultant on projects which have made a tremendous impact in the downtown Nashville corridor. TFC was the first contractor to work on the 505 building in Nashville, preparing the foundation for construction. I’ve since managed the renovation of 5 floors in the 505 and worked as a quality control consultant on numerous luxury high & mid-rise condos, multi-family rentals, Metro Housing projects, and the Curb Victory Hall facility for homeless Veterans. The decision to pursue real estate was a natural progression. I believe my background gives me unique experiences that will better serve my clients, whether buying or selling. I love Middle Tennessee and feel it’s such a special place, with an unequaled quality of life. We at United Country Leipers Fork love to see people embrace all that this area has to offer.
