Praise God!

We got it under contract in just 3 days! My client had 15 showings in the first 2 days on the market. Mind-blown! And right after we got hit with an ice storm with severe power outages. This tells me the market is improving despite the interest rates. Folks are ready to buy and sell in 2026!
