At the River Green ribbon cutting ceremony, developer Steve Grissim shared the journey of bringing this exciting project to life. The Franklin Chamber of Commerce recently welcomed River Green Condominiums with a ribbon cutting/grand opening celebration. River Green Condominiums is located on the corner of Depot Street and Iotla Street across from the Little Tennessee River/Greenway.
