They say real estate is competitive, but yesterday, two of our areas top brokerages teamed up to solve a very different kind of "stalled closing"
My seller had just signed docs on a smooth transaction with Brian Kurtich Realtor, but we hit a sudden speedbump: the team at Falcon Settlement Inc. had a literal engine emergency in our parking lot.
The show had to go on! While the car refused to turn over, we braved the Franklin Road construction and hand-delivered the closing agent and the docs straight to the doorstep of 1st Rate Realty LLC.
Meanwhile, Brian dispatched Dave McCullough, Realtor to the Realty ONE Group Landmark - Franklin headquarters. Dave and I put on our mechanic hats, removed a few parts just to reach the battery, and successfully got the car running again!
