Anyone looking for a good deal for 10acres here in Franklin?
I know of some good land down in Otto.
They are asking $80k (it would be worth about $150k if it was cleaned up)

I used to have a house near it years ago, so I know it pretty good.

- It’s Mtn Top property. The property goes to the top of the ridge. It has some really really cool views. Rare views- different than what you normally see around here.
- it’s all Southern Exposure.
