This incredible beauty has met its match! We are UNDER CONTRACT. The journey to here included prepping the home with tweaks and updates to appeal to today's buyers. Partnering with to showcase the incredible space. Frequent visits to ensure it was always show ready meaning clean, lights on, comfortable temperature, and fresh curb appeal. We hosted more than 10 open houses, 28 in person tours and stayed in communication with more than a dozen parties of interest throughout the process plus numerous conversations with our lending partner to discuss marketing strategies to ensure broad appeal as well as customization for specific needs. Word is out... and locals, you're not going to like it! Recent poll shows Nashville, Tennessee is the big city in the United States that is viewed most favorably by Americans, according to a new YouGov survey

So they know what we know, out of the top 50 most populated cities, Nashville beats out San Diego, Colorado Springs, Charlotte, Raleigh, Denver, San Antonio and Virginia Beach to name a few as most favorable.

With inviting Southern hospitality, vibrant music scene, relative affordability, amazing health care, and incredible recreational opportunities is it any wonder?
