Residential Housing Market Update
The January 2021 residential housing market numbers are in for the Middle TN area !!! Compared to January 2020, the market saw a DECREASE in the # of Active Listings (new homes) coming onto the market saw, but on the flip side we saw an INCREASE in the # of buyers. To put in more simple terms — the Demand for buying a home is HIGH, but the Supply of houses on the market is LOW.
WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR YOU?
🏡 HOMEOWNERS (Sellers) —— This is a text book example of what a seller’s market look like. So, if you are a current homeowner this is great news and should be music to your ears because you have what people want.
