One of these days, I'll be good at social media! 🫣😵‍💫🫶 Until then, enjoy the progress dump!

Since my last update at the end of March:

21 transactions have closed and 9 additional accepted offers are still processing!

One of my goals this year is to be better with my social media- it is not my strong point! 😩

However, I did want to share some of the feedback I’ve gotten from the 3 families I’ve helped this month. Starting off the new year strong with one home i helped my clients sell, and two buyers who got accepted offers (under list price, and against other bidders- negotiation isn’t always about the highest price)!

Realtors get a bad reputation as salespeople. Truth is, I’m not selling you anything! My job is to educate you, facilitate and guide you through the contracts with honesty and integrity, and negotiate fiercely on your behalf.

Realtors get this reputation because they’re chasing a commission- i hear it all the time. Me? I’m invested in each and every person who gives me an opportunity to walk with them on this journey- and it shows! I tell everyone, Your path is unique and I’m here to help you reach your goals. I’ll never push you, I’ll never lie to you, and I will be your biggest advocate. I put myself in each persons shoes and treat everybody the way I’d like to be treated.

It brings me joy to help people. It brings me joy to watch people grow. And when it’s time for you to invest in your future, I’m ready to be on your team!
