🥵 🏡 I’m ready for the heat to go away. But these townhomes are so dang cute!!!

Been a busy, busy couple of months in real estate and I’ve been quiet on the socials!!

✅ Green dot walk for a new construction client
✅ Inspections on two other houses for clients who just had offers accepted
✅ Managing multiple offers on my listings
✅ Walking away from a house that seemed perfect, only for inspection to uncover some scary stuff
✅ More consultations and opportunities to explain the local market and what I’m seeing so people can make a plan for the next 3-6 months

Best clients ever. Best job ever.
