Still thinking about that lobster roll… they fly it in fresh from Maine and you can absolutely taste the difference. And the pastry case? Next level. Think classic French pastries that are almost too pretty to eat (almost).

Wild backstory too—this whole spot started in a garage during Covid and now it’s become such a go-to around here.

Honestly, we’re lucky to have it right here in Franklin.
