Truly a blessing to start over again. Well, it was not easy at all!!! I had to study and work my butt off. At any age you can take control and move forward in life. I'm the true testimony that shows you don't allow your past to dictate your future. As long as you have the fight in you, you should get up and fight. Don't expect society to be on your side. You have to show them that you are worthy of greatness.

Good Morning great people....It's meditation time and my focus today will be on helping those whom might not truly understand the current Real Estate Market... Yes you might be eager to purchase in this rush of a market, yet you don't understand that once you purchase its yours so if you're paying over the asking price are you winning or losing? After a couple of years what's going to happen when you can't get what you paid....Just do your research before you purchase As Is Properties, and over asking price.
