So I rode up to McDonald's yesterday afternoon to get my daily Diet Coke fix, everyone at this particular McDonald's knows me pretty well because I'm in there every day getting my DC and the lady asked me if I was living in my car.🤦🏼‍♀️

I "unstaged" a home (which means yay we are getting close to closing) and I didn't have all of my Rubbermaid containers with me and so I was literally just throwing everything in the back of the car.

I need an SUV. This cute Camry isn't working out anymore two years later. I am a loyal Toyota customer for 24 years now. If anyone within 200 miles of Nashville has a Toyota or Lexus SUV that they are looking to sell, send me a DM please.

You literally never know what you are going to walk into when you are a realtor and you go to show a home.

I showed what I thought would be a lovely listing, let's just say it was in the $600,000 range, in a nice little family friendly town and as soon as we walked in I smelled two things.
⁣
W**d and dogs. And lots of both. I'm convinced the homeowners fired one up while rushing around to clean up the house and get ready for the showing.
⁣
When we wrapped up the showing I sort of felt like I should take the clients out to treat them to some Doritos and chocolate cake for dinner.
⁣
If you need me I'll be over here napping.

Spent the holiday weekend celebrating our April/May birthdays, got to be home with my babies on Good Friday which was also my birthday. Time off with the kids is always a blessing. The saying "the days are long but the years are short" sure is hitting hard these days. I made a cake, created my own version of ranch water and shared meals with people I love.
