🚨 Unpopular opinion: waiting for rates to drop could cost Williamson County buyers MORE, not less. Agree or disagree? Drop a comment and tell me why. So many buyers in Nolensville and Williamson County are sitting on the sidelines waiting for interest rates to fall before they buy.

Here’s the problem: you’re not the only one waiting.

The second rates drop, all those buyers flood back into the market at the same time. More buyers competing for the same Williamson County homes = bidding wars = prices go up.

So you might get a lower rate… on a house that costs $20-30k more than it does today.

To be clear — this only makes sense if today’s payment actually fits your budget. I’m not saying stretch yourself thin now and hope it works out. I’m saying: if you can comfortably afford a home at today’s rate, don’t wait on a maybe. Let me know what you think in the comments.
