Watching rates go up while you're planning a move is stressful. I get it. 💛

Here's what I know: you're going to be in the absolute best position if you know your numbers and have someone negotiating for you. And even though at first glance, it may seem to be, waiting for the interest rates to come down is not the best move right now.

And here's a bonus #4 👉 right now, buyers have a lot more room to negotiate. That makes asking the seller to help with a rate buydown much more realistic than it was a couple of years ago.
