Love Franklin, Tennessee? Me too. I came here and never got over it. Growing up as an Air Force brat, I’ve lived in exotic places all over the world.

There’s something about a home that feels collected over time 🤎

Warm wood tones, layered textures, antique details, and quiet porch mornings — this Martha’s Vineyard home captures that timeless, lived-in charm so beautifully. The kind of space that feels welcoming the second you walk in.

Not overly polished. Not trend-driven. Just thoughtful design that feels grounded, nostalgic, and full of character.

What do you want for your birthday? 🎁

Me:
A little land in Franklin, Tennessee. 🌿

Some rolling hills.
A long driveway.
A front porch with coffee in the mornings.
Maybe a few mature trees and Tennessee sunsets too.

There’s a reason so many people are moving to Franklin and Williamson County right now. It’s not just about buying a house — it’s about the lifestyle. The slower mornings, the sense of community, the beauty of the countryside, and still being close to downtown Franklin, local coffee shops, restaurants, farmers markets, and everything that makes this area special.

Franklin has grown from around 70,000 people in 2015 to more than 93,000 today, becoming one of Tennessee’s fastest-growing cities — yet it still holds onto the charm people fell in love with in the first place. ✨

Franklin Farmers Market mornings 🤍

Fresh flowers, local produce, handmade goods, coffee in hand, and cinnamon rolls worth waking up early for.

One of the best parts of living here is slowing down on Saturday mornings and supporting the people who make this community feel special.

Shop local. Love Franklin.

Saturday mornings in Franklin just hit different 🌿✨

Fresh flowers, local produce, homemade treats, line dancing, live music, baby goats, and some of the best local vendors in Williamson County — the Franklin Farmers Market has become one of those weekly traditions people genuinely look forward to.

It’s more than a market. It’s part of what makes Franklin feel like Franklin.

If Europe and Tennessee had a bakery baby… it would be PERENN. 🥐☕️

Tucked right on Main Street in downtown Franklin, this spot feels like a little escape with buttery pastries, cozy interiors, beautiful coffee, and one of the dreamiest brunch atmospheres. From fresh baked bread to European-inspired breakfast plates, every detail feels intentional here.

Perfect for a slow morning, coffee date, or post-walk stop around downtown Franklin. ✨

A barn home done right 🤎

Weathered wood, antique brick, copper details, and timeless craftsmanship — this Louisiana-inspired barn project feels warm, storied, and beautifully lived in. The kind of design that never chases trends because it already feels timeless.

One of my favorite parts of home design is when a space feels collected over time instead of overly polished. This is southern charm at its best.
