Franklin isn’t cheap. Let’s just say that out loud. It runs about thirty nine percent above the national average, and buyers ask me all the time if it’s worth it. Here’s what I tell them.

Franklin’s zoning is some of the tightest in the state. Builders can’t cut corners here, so the housing stock stays good, and your resale value holds when other fast-growing towns dilute themselves.

Your commute averages twenty two minutes, four under the national average, in a town people drive hours to visit.

And Main Street was voted America’s favorite Main Street, which is a nice thing to have, and also a very real reason property values here don’t wobble. You’re not paying a premium for charm. You’re paying for a town that protected itself.

Thinking about moving to Franklin? Don’t let one cute weekend downtown make the decision for you.

Downtown Franklin is incredible. The charm, the history, the shops, the restaurants. I get why people fall in love with it in a day. But relocating here is about so much more than one afternoon of exploring.

You need to know how each area actually feels to live in. Not visit. Live in.

Westhaven feels nothing like downtown Franklin.
