In recruiting JC learned to negotiate, market, and created win-wins for those who worked with him. He has a passion to help others succeed and get what they want. Following his time as a Recruiter he has been working as a Construction Project Manager assisting home owners complete their renovations on time and ensuring they were happy. After marrying his college sweetheart, JC teamed up with his wife Sarah Pearson Connolly in real estate. Sarah & JC are both members of Williamson County Association of Realtors and specialize in Residential real estate. They love working with both buyers and sellers and are dedicated to creating the best experience for their clients. Their opposite personalities and attributes mesh together to make them a match for any client. In their spare time Sarah & JC are both devoted Auburn football fans.
