A good place to put down roots. 🌿

I keep coming back to this with 324 Liberty Pike #224, what makes it special isn’t actually inside the condo.

It’s what’s happening right outside of it.

The Factory continues to get better and better, and now Terrain has opened its doors — which, as someone who can rarely resist a beautiful plant, garden pot or anything for the house, feels like a particularly dangerous addition.

But this is exactly what makes this location so good.

Walk over to The Factory. Wander through the shops. Grab lunch. Pick up something for the house. Walk Harlinsdale. Keep going into Downtown Franklin.

And then head home, take the elevator up, grab a book and sit outside.

That’s the part of 324 Liberty that I think is hard to understand from listing photos alone.

Friday fun….on the road

Getting out of town sometimes, just makes sense.

I was in Columbia recently and kept thinking about how much you can still get here without giving up the things that make a house interesting.

209 Woods is just that. It has personality. A great yard. Cool details. And a price that might make you rethink how far you’re willing to venture outside of Franklin or Nashville.

Because affordability doesn’t have to mean settling for something boring. And “more for your money” doesn’t have to mean a brand-new house with no trees and no story.

Sometimes it looks like an established neighborhood, a house with some serious cool factor, and enough yard to actually enjoy.

Cool house. Great yard. Better price.
