Loved seeing so many of my favorite families who believed in the Westhaven Vision in the earliest days of the neighborhood…before the amenities, Town Center and the Franklin destination it has become! ✨

SLC had a Founder’s Dinner last week celebrating 20 years of this incredible development! Feels like yesterday and an eternity ago!

It was a great night down memory lane. PJ (second pic) was my partner in crime back then and laughing about how we had to get towed out of a hole in the farmland while touring the new sections 🥴

Thank you Southern Land Company for a fun night and this legacy!

My buyers moving here from Ohio found this home after we had been looking elsewhere for a few months. They fell in love with this home design and new neighborhood!

I loved working with one of my local favorite builders again, and just adore these buyers! I seriously have the best clients, and hope they experience so much joy in their beautiful new home!

SOLD…again! I was sad to get the call that my clients needed to move out of state after a year of living in Franklin. The market had shifted, but their home is absolutely stunning 😍🤩 so we were able to get it under contract in ONE day for the terms they wanted…including selling all their furniture!

CLOSED! This transaction has been quite the journey, and could not be more excited for my Seller who has had the best attitude the whole way through ALL the twists and turns!

On market 23 days, 1 price reduction, under contract, 3 closing date extensions, $2k in paint thinking we were going back on market with a vacant house because of lender issues with Buyer’s Buyer, 2 moving dates, to FINALLY close 68 days later at full list price! 🙌 🎢
