Buying and selling at the same time can feel overwhelming, especially in the Greater Boston market where timing, competition and strategy matter A LOT!

My client came to me stressed about juggling both sides of the process. After we built a plan and mapped out every step, (and ate some buffalo chicken mac n cheese!!) they told me how relieved they felt knowing they had someone experienced guiding them through it all.
