Fresh, bright, and completely refreshed.

New paint and thoughtful updates have transformed this Chapel Hill brick home, giving every room a lighter, airier feel. New flooring, a remodeled kitchen, and renovated baths add to the fresh, move-in-ready look, while natural light makes the entire home feel warm and inviting.

Outside, fresh landscaping, a privacy fence, and landscape lighting create an equally polished setting for quiet evenings and easy entertaining.

Country quiet, city close.

Set on nearly an acre in Chapel Hill, this brick home gives you the peace and space of true country living — big yard, quiet roads, room to breathe — while still being just a short drive from the small-town charm of Chapel Hill itself. Not fast-paced, not far away — just easy, laid-back living exactly where it should be.

There's a version of lake life where you spend your weekends power washing docks and worrying about water levels. This isn't that version.

Here, you get the good part — walking down to Twin Creeks Marina for dinner, boats humming past on Tim's Ford Lake, coves catching the evening light — without a single hour spent on lake maintenance. Just steps away, not tied to the shoreline.

Come home and the views keep going. A two-story great room stacked with natural light, a fireplace wall that anchors the whole space, porches (covered and not) made for the after-the-lake wind-down. Two primary suites mean this floor plan flexes for however life fills it.

Wi******er wraps around it all — rolling hills, a historic downtown square, and Jack Daniel's just down the road for when out-of-town guests want the full Tennessee story.

Lake access. Small-town charm. None of the upkeep.

A little slice of country, done just right.

This Chapel Hill home has an easy, unhurried feel — vaulted ceilings and light-filled rooms upstairs, a fully renovated kitchen and baths, and a backyard made for slow evenings under the landscape lights. Set on nearly an acre with small-town charm just down the road, it's the kind of home that feels like an exhale the moment you pull in.
