Had a great time at Chilly Water for our fourth annual appreciation event. Thank you so much to those that came, and to those that were not able to. It’s always a good time, onto next year. We look forward to continued relationship building with those that serve our community, buyers and sellers.

COMING SOON to a home inspection near you!!

Big news, the team is growing!! Please welcome Keith Schnell to the dark side of real estate. Keith leaves a long employment as Director of Facilities at the Indianapokis Zoo. So he knows a thing or two about, well, everything 🤷‍♂️ Keith has decided he’s not ready for full retirement so he’s joined Indianapolis Home Inspections as our newest home inspector. If he can keep a place like the zoo running for multiple decades he’ll definitely be a great asset to this industry, and the company!!

We look forward to continuing to serve our community’s home inspection needs.r
