There’s something really special about helping buyers reach the finish line especially after weeks of inspections, negotiations, paperwork, walkthroughs, timelines, and waiting.

Today Coy & Morgan officially became homeowners 🏡✨

Watching clients step into a home that is finally THEIR space never gets old for me. I’m so excited for this next chapter for the Davis family and grateful they trusted me to walk through this process with them.

Welcome home, you two 🤍

Relocation days are a lot 😅

We saw 10 homes in one day—not to find “the one”, but to get clarity.

This is how I guide my clients through a relocation.

What surprised us?
Backyard space quickly moved to the top of the list.

Not just the size of the yard,
but how it actually lives day to day.

The first round is about narrowing things down.
The second round is where we slow it down and get specific.

This is exactly how I guide my clients through a relocation.

If you’re relocating, working with the right agent makes all the difference.

I tour a lot of homes.
Not just to admire them — but to study them.

Layout. Flow. Construction details.

It’s part of how I help buyers see what most people miss.

Whether it’s new construction or resale, the details matter.
