After nearly a decade of hands-on experience, I became a licensed real estate agent in 2012 and later expanded into real estate appraisal in 2017. In 2019, I founded Walker Real Estate Services to bring together my expertise as both an agent and an appraiser. My mission is to educate and empower the real estate community—both professionals and homeowners—through accessible services, practical insights, and real-world knowledge. I also teach continuing education courses focused on the appraisal process.
