It’s not often that you have a prime opportunity to purchase the lot and 🏠 right next door to you. What a privilege to help a repeat client of mine to negotiate a great deal on her next door neighbor’s property. Native to Tennessee, Josh grew up in the Chattanooga area and graduated from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville with an Advertising and Business degree. In 2008, Josh began a lucrative career in advertising and marketing in Chattanooga, working for a notable regional advertising agency and serving clients such as Krystal Restaurants and U.S. Xpress.

Moving to Nashville in 2011 to follow a life-long dream of working in the music business, Josh joined Capitol Christian Music Group for over 4 years serving as a Marketing and Commercial Partnerships Manager. All the while, Josh was purchasing and selling his own homes in both cities, and building a passion for the value of real estate investment. Josh felt the spark to change his career path, and the rest is history!

In 2017 and 2018 alone, Josh closed over $13.3 million worth of real estate in the Greater Nashville Area, not only helping his clients find and purchase their dream homes and investment properties, but helping them get top dollar in the sales of their homes as well. As a member of Greater Nashville Realtors® and over a decade of experience in advertising and marketing, Josh has the right tools to help his clients meet and surpass their home buying and selling benchmarks.
