The estate exceeds 13,000 square
feet of indoor space with 11 bedrooms (4 king/6 queen/ 1 twin bunk), 9 full bathrooms and an extra room that can be used however you like. For bookings requiring more than two people per room we will be happy to provide additional beds as needed. The property lies on 7 acres of land, allowing for ample parking of 100 cars or more, with an additional 20+ places to park on paved areas. We are situated about a twenty minute drive from Nashville:

The entire house has undergone extensive renovations incorporating modern design and contemporary features with a wide array of amenities for you to enjoy during your stay. To begin with, every bedroom has been outfitted with memory-foam mattresses to ensure that you wake up each morning feeling fresh and rejuvenated after a restful night’s sleep. There is no shortage of super-soft bedding and pristinely clean towels to make you feel like royalty when using state-of-the-art facilities. Throughout the house you’ll find wireless internet along with thirteen large-screen cable televisions – four of them featuring 4K ultra-HD resolution providing an immersive experience for watching movies, concerts or sporting events with all your friends and family. Two separate kitchens contain everything you need to serve meals comfortably, while a gas grill located outside will allow you to throw a full-on barbeque as you soak up the sun and celebrate your event. Whenever you feel like cooling off you can jump in the large heated swimming pool equipped with two slides (one short, one 60-foot long), or, for a more laid-back setting, you can take a dip in the relaxing hot tub, perfect for enjoying the outdoor scenery at nighttime. Whether you need to occupy the kids or just want to feel like one yourself, we have a plethora of activities for everyone to enjoy. Our game room includes:
