19 years working side by side. ❤️ You don’t see that a lot in real estate, and I’m so thankful we’ve had all these years together. Nichol is my “boss,” my sidekick, and one of my very best friends. There’s not a day that goes by that we don’t talk multiple times a day. 😂

I’m thankful we have each other to lean on every day. We talk through situations, fuss, cuss, laugh, cry, and just do life together. Somewhere along the way, we became a whole lot more like family than coworkers. ❤️

WOW…talk about a total transformation!! It doesn’t even look like the same house! I just wish I had taken more before and after pictures because the difference is unbelievable.

My seller does an amazing job on every home and truly cuts no corners. So much work went into bringing this one back to life, and it turned out beautiful!

Real estate these days is definitely not for the weak! 🤪 Every transaction seems to come with its own set of obstacles, but some are a little easier to get to the closing table than others!

This home was listed, sold, and CLOSED within 25 days! 🙌 We had one little snag along the way, but thankfully it was resolved quickly and we kept things moving.

This one makes me so proud! ❤️ These sweet young buyers bought this house about two years ago, straight out of high school, on a shoestring budget, a whole lot of hope, and probably a prayer or two! 😂

They made it home, made some wonderful memories, figured out a little bit about this thing called adulthood along the way… and today they SOLD it! 🏡

Two years later, they’re walking away with great memories, a lot more life experience, and a pretty good check in their pocket. 💰
