Back before I had children, people would always tell me, “You’ll never truly understand love until you have your own children.” I completely understand that now. Being a mom has been the greatest blessing of my life. My children are my world… probably almost to a fault!! 🤣 I know I drive them both crazy at times, but every bit of it comes from love. I’m so thankful God chose me to be their mom. ❤️

And then there’s my mom… I honestly don’t know what I would do without her. She’s always willing to help in any way she can. I’m sure there are plenty of times she’s rolling her eyes on the inside at me, but she still always shows up with a smile and a helping hand.

My mother-in-law is the one who makes sure everyone is fed and taken care of. She’s always in the kitchen asking what she can fix for everyone to eat, and that kind of love never goes unnoticed.

Today I’m especially thankful for my mom, my mother-in-law, and for the blessing of being a mom myself. Happy Mother’s Day to all the amazing moms out there! 💕

A couple of weeks ago I made a post asking for opinions on what color to paint the exterior of this house… and wow y’all showed up with suggestions! After lots of debating, second guessing, and discussing every color imaginable at least 10 different times 🤣 we finally made a decision. And believe it or not… it wasn’t any of the colors we originally thought it would be!

This may have been the hardest decision my seller has ever made while flipping houses, but it was absolutely worth it. The house is now painted and we are IN LOVE 😍 The color is Sherwin Williams Roycroft Bronze Green and it compliments the rock and wood accents perfectly. This home is truly becoming a showplace.
