In his 14 years in the Real Estate business, Steve has been a founder and president of an independent Nashville realty company with an annual sales volume of $150,000,000, as well as, being personally responsible for over $30,000,000 in Real Estate sales. While, owning a Real Estate firm was an exciting challenge, the day to day management left Steve missing the “in the trenches” action of making people’s dreams come true. He says, “The company was doing great, but I was caught up in too many management details and didn’t have time to pursue my passion for helping people find the best home possible for themselves.” So, Steve sold his interest in the company and joined Forest Hills Realtors and started the Nashville Home Guys.
