Some homes are just meant to be. ✨

Less than a year ago, my clients knew this was the one. They weren’t the only ones because there were multiple offers on the table. Through strong communication with the listing agent, a strategic offer, and pulling every lever possible, we secured the home and closed just 18 days later.

Fast forward to January, life had different plans. My clients began feeling a tug back to California. We started discussing their options, reviewed the numbers, and walked through what selling would look like if they decided to make the move.

By May, they were ready.

What happened next felt meant to be 🤍

Within hours of hitting the market, we received an offer from buyers who had toured the home when it first became available less than a year ago. They had loved it then, but didn’t feel ready to make a move at the time. When the home came back on the market, they didn’t hesitate.

The offer was just as strong as the timing: clean + straightforward, list price, aligned with my sellers’ preferred closing date, and structured with a pass-or-fail inspection contingency.

Sometimes timing is everything, and the right home finds the right people exactly when it’s supposed to.
