As much as I’d love for every listing to go under contract on day one and close in 30 days, some journeys have a few more twists and turns. This one certainly did, but helping these lifelong friends reach the closing table made every bit of it worthwhile.
We went through multiple offers, a contract that fell apart, going back on the market, and getting under contract again. Between three buyers, four sellers, three home sale contingencies, lenders, appraisers, a surveyor, and home inspectors, it felt like the whole universe had to line up just right!
It was the most complex seven months. But we kept working through every hurdle, and we made it!
I have so enjoyed working with this family that I’m almost sad our journey has come to an end. But I can’t wait to visit them in their new home and see them enjoying this next chapter.
These are the deals that remind me why I do what I do. Helping people I care about reach such an important milestone has been incredibly rewarding. Thank you for trusting me through it all. I’m so thankful for your friendship and so happy for you! 🏡❤️
