Update on our latest property recovery project at 599 E Adams. The exterior has been painted, interior work finalizing and the windows are being trimmed using the old baseboards! And check out the ceiling in the living room! More to come!

We may be a little late for the trend that our friends at the Franklin Indiana Chamber of Commerce shared, but here is our 2026 is the new 2016! This project, located at 55 East Court Street, was one of our favorites from 2016, and the building is now the home of the Coin Shop! Check it out when you are downtown!
