Since joining the 1st Rate Realty family on day one in 2013, Chase has remained loyal, hardworking, and committed to serving our clients with professionalism and integrity. In 2022, he earned his Associate Broker’s license and continues to expand his knowledge and expertise every year.
Chase is also a Certified Signing Agent with extensive experience helping guide clients through successful closings, and he’s currently continuing his education while working toward his Appraisal License.
