Primary objective is to research property information and public records to apply to a title commitment. Duties include examination of legal proceedings, judgments, liens and property taxes. This position requires a complete understanding of applicable laws related to property ownership.

Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years of industry experience
* Indiana title producers license
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent written and oral communication skill
* Research and problem solving skills

As an Escrow Officer/Closer you will be responsible for the following, including but not limited to:

-Preparing & balancing Closing Disclosures/HUDs for closing
-Receiving and process all incoming and outgoing funds
-Preparing documents for closing package
-Processing post closing requirements from lenders
-Conduct closings

Candidate must have the following skills and experience:
-Customer Service
-Excellent verbal communication
-Organizational skills
-1 year minimum closing/funding experience
