Congratulations to Michael & Carrie Parker on their purchase today!

This one has extra special meaning to me. This home is the Estate of Pam Laird, who passed away in June of 2025. I learned shortly thereafter that Pam left instructions in her Will for me to sell her home. WHAT AN ABSOLUTE HONOR!!!!!! Pam was a good friend and would call me often to show her "this house" or "this property" ..... and I always obliged. I miss her sweet phone calls.

THE EVEN BETTER PART OF THIS DEAL is being able to sell Pam's home to my dear friend and her husband, Carrie & Michael Parker. Pam would be so delighted and I can't wait to see what they do to make it their own.
