Meet Hunter Beauvais, he is a Real Estate Agent who brings authenticity, local knowledge, and a strong work ethic to every transaction.

Hunter was inspired to enter the real estate world after a conversation with his broker at a Chamber of Commerce board meeting, and he has been working in the industry for a little over a year now. With a background in owning a clean-out business, he built valuable connections early on, laying the foundation for a successful transition into real estate.

One of his proudest achievements so far is closing on his first farm. With a deep love for land and the outdoors, specializing in land sales is one of his strengths and passions.

Outside of real estate, Hunter has a unique appreciation for local history. As a member of the Southampton County Historical Society, he enjoys collecting items with ties to this area. Hunter is Also involved with the Franklin/Southampton Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, the Newsoms Ruritan Club Board of Directors, and serves as Chairman of Barnes Methodist Church Building and Grounds Committee.

Hunters approach to real estate is grounded in humility and a willingness to keep learning. He believes that success comes from not knowing everything, but from staying open, honest, and committed to growth. That honesty is also the foundation that he builds trust with clients-by being transparent and communicative every step of the way.

When it comes to advice for first time homebuyers, he keeps it simple: don’t wait too long to make a move. Life is short, and finding your forever home sooner means more time to enjoy it with your family. Hunter also emphasizes the importance of working with a real estate agent- someone who understands the process and can guide you through it with confidence. If Hunter wasn’t into real estate, he would continue running his disposal business, Tidewater Disposal, LLC-a true testament to his entrepreneurial spirit.

I am blessed to be a part of RE/MAX Country to Coast!

I remember considering getting my real estate license after high school, and never did it. The thought of not being able to “figure it out” stopped me from discovering this wonderful career by 7 years.

The best rewards in life are accomplished by taking risks! Here I am, 7 years later, a real estate agent! I am proud to say with a little grit, determination, and God, you can accomplish anything in life! My first year of real estate was one for the books and one I will cherish for the rest of my career. I faced many obstacles that I was able to easily overcome due to the help of my TEAM! With a good support system, anything is possible! I could not imagine having any other group standing behind me along the way.
