We already know, teamwork makes the dream work around here - and sometimes the method to the madness is to divide & conquer - which is exactly what we had to do on Friday night!

While Chelsey went to represent our incredible year in real estate that was 2022 🎥

Christian had to sit this one out for his passion project - and coach Indian Creek’s boys JV & varsity teams to their cut of the conference title!

So, we had a lot to celebrate as Chelsey & friends were sitting at the table at the awards banquet watching the live stream of the game..

A 1 point victory over Sullivan gave Indian Creek the go ahead win in the conference standings with only one conference opponent remaining!

& Chelsey brought home an award for our [personal best] recording breaking year in real estate 🙌🏼

Teamwork definitely does make the dream work, and we are so thankful to have the support & flexibility we have in both our careers & our home life ♥️

One last one to shout-out as we finish wrapping up all things 2022 🙌🏼

MAMA WE [finally] MADE IT! 🥳 Help us congratulate our seller on closing the sale of his first home last week! Oh, what a journey it has been to see this one through to the closing table.

Remember when we said this home required a very, very specific buyer - well, we weren't kidding - but luckily enough for our seller, we were able to find exactly the right person to take the reins from here!

When our client purchased this property, we all agreed that it was a VERY buyer specific home - not one just anyone would be interested in. A log cabin is different from traditional architecture. A large pole barn with a car lift is specific to buyers interested in car, or other toys of similar nature. The location being so close to 465, and surrounded by a lot of construction at this time meant we would essentially be waiting for the same unique buyer (our client) that we helped purchase this property just a few short years ago.

I know all of us were nervous as to how this would play out, but the interest in the home never lacked!
