So this is pretty sad and scary at the same time. 1st time home buyer's median age is now 38 years old, up from 35 year before.

Additionally, 1st time home buyers constituted 32% of market share in 2023, and the number fell to 24% in 2024, which reflects the lowest market share since NAR began collecting the data in 1981. I won't even mention single female vs single male numbers. Socioeconomic trends that this continues to invoke are troubling on many levels.
