First-time homebuyer. ICU nurse. Dog mom. And now... HOMEOWNER! 🏡🐾

Her wish list was pretty straightforward: a short commute to Vanderbilt Hospital after working nights, a yard for sweet Rosie, and enough space to grow into her first home.

But finding the right house was only part of the journey.
As a first-time buyer, there was a lot to learn and plenty of decisions to make along the way. From understanding the numbers to navigating inspections, financing, and deadlines, we worked through it all together.
