Picked up my T-shirt to volunteer for the Wilson County Tennessee State fair last night!

After moving to Lebanon from Texas in 1984, this is something I've always wanted to do.

It's a great reminder that it's never too late to get involved, give back, and serve your community.

I guess somebody figured out I love to talk...because they put me at the gate! 😂

Is the highest offer always the best offer?

Not necessarily.

When reviewing offers, sellers should consider more than just the purchase price. Other factors can be just as important, including:

• The buyer’s financing strength
• Earnest money amount
• Inspection and appraisal contingencies
• Closing timeline
• Requests for seller concessions
• The likelihood the transaction will actually close

Sometimes a slightly lower offer with stronger terms can be the better choice.
